Hi, I’m Sydney Carroll, RD, CD

They/Them

I envision a world of where all people can feel safe, empowered, connected, and grounded.

And, I see that healing is needed to build this reality. Living in a human body can be tremendously painful. It is no question that systemic oppression, physical pain, eating disorders, and body shame cast a shadow on our full shining. If you feel uncomfortable, hopeless, or scared that you will never feel better, you are far from alone.

It is my mission to support those that are ready to choose themselves and their healing.

With involvement and consistency, this work has the potential to amplify your resilience and wellbeing. Food and body healing work is a fortifying balm that may allow you to go forth feeling more peaceful, embodied, and confident. May it be so. Here’s to building a more liberated and grounded world!

With Heart,

Sydney
