Queer Nutrition therapy

in nature

Initial session

90 minutes

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and establish our relationship. My intention as your dietitian is to to understand how I can best support your food+ body healing.

We will meet in nature at Woodland Park by Green Lake in Seattle. We will briefly review paperwork and policies, and then deep dive into your food and body history. Working together we will identify your goals and decided on our session frequency.

This time is all about you! Your ideas, autonomy and values are the backbone of our work together.

Follow up Session

60 minutes

Follow up sessions offer the chance to get into the work. We will discuss what what a typical day of eating looks like for you, and map out a plan to address your healing goals. I will offer targeted nutrition education in service of your goals, and create space for deep reflection and inquiry along the way.

Unlearning can be just as important as learning- as we get to the roots of your food and body pain, I may bring gentle curiosity about the stories and ideas you hold about food and your body. We will refer back to your goals over time to understand what goals feel completed, and what areas still need our attention.
