Superbills

I am not in network with any insurance companies, however I am able to provide a you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt that you submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive at least partial coverage for nutrition counseling sessions.

It is your responsibility to understand your coverage for out of network services. If you are looking to get insurance reimbursement, I encourage you to call your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits before beginning nutrition therapy.
